Artika in her short time as an artist has a unique style which is not only about delving into her own life to create art that you can empathize and relate to, she is also good at melding disparate colours together to create beautiful abstracts. I have such a love for Dolly Parton, I looked everywhere to find a painting of her but could not find one. I then asked my Tika, my partners brothers girlfriend if she could paint me a portrait of her. This was her first ever portrait and as you can see Tika was extremely skilled in all conventions of art. I absolutely love this piece of art work so much, it is hanging in my wall and I look at it everyday. Tika, thank you so much for this amazing piece of work!! Wow! Art by Artika has absolutely outdone herself! I got exactly what I asked for and more!! She has perfectly captured my gorgeous boy-especially his eyes!!! All of her artwork is pure joy! What a talented, authentic and original artist! Would definitely recommend either buying one of her exceptional pieces from the collection or even getting something personal commissioned!!!! Will definitely be going back and getting some more pieces in the future!
